Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, frozen banana, almond milk, protein powder, almond butter, honey, and cinnamon.
  2. If desired, add in the ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing blue smoothie! You can also top it with some additional blueberries for garnish.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk.
